Motocross Committee Meeting Minutes

Hilliard, FL Feb 14, 2004

Meeting called to order at 6:21 P.M.

In attendance:

Jim Edgar - Chairman
Buddy Martin - Scorekeeper
John Collins ­ Referee
Michael Hall - B rider rep.
Len Edgar - C rider rep.

Absent:

Robert White - Sr. rider rep.
Bridgett Prevatte - Women rider rep.

Minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved as submitted.
No reports by Officers. No Guests.

Unfinished Business:

There was no unfinished business.

New Business:

A proposal from member David Hall to add in Chapter IX Motocross Rules, Section C Event rules, Paragraph 4 to add a line G: Quads are to have a operating tether kill switch and nerf bars with nets to compete. A motion was made to accept the proposal as written. Motion was seconded. 1 in favor 3 opposed motion failed.

A proposal from member Buddy Martin to add in Chapter IX Motocross Rules, Section C Event rules, Paragraph 4 to add a line G: Quads are to have a operating tether kill switch to compete. A motion was made to accept the proposal as written. Motion was seconded. 4 in favor none opposed motion passed.

A motion to adjourn was made. Seconded. Unanimous.

Meeting adjourned at 6:28 P.M.
