Enduro Meeting Oct. 30 ,2004

16 total positions — 11 for quorum — 12 voting members attended

Business

1) Motion was made and accepted to give work run points to the FTR members that worked the Little Brown Jug Enduro. The workers had to be FTR members at the time the race was held.

Motion Passed Unanimously

2) Motion was made and accepted to start a Mini Enduro series to be held the Saturday before a sanctioned Enduro and to be held on a voluntary basis by the promoting clubs. Mention was made of asking experienced SETRA clubs to offer their expertise on this undertaking so that their mini enduro series and our mini enduro series are similar in style and scoring procedure.

Motion passed Unanimously

3) Motion was made and accepted to drop 4 stroke classes from enduro events.

Motion passed 11to 1

4) Motion was made and accepted, to keep specialty class riders in the highest class attained through the ranking system, for at least 2 seasons. A rider has the option to petition the competition committee to prove he should not have been promoted.

Motion passed unanimously

5) Motion was made and accepted to promote all class winners into the next higher class after a class winning season. After the promoted season, the ranking/point system will be used to place the rider in the appropriate class.

Motion passed 7-5

**A Point to consider — After looking motion #5 over, we have to make an exception for A riders being forced to move to AA. This will more than likely have to be addressed and corrected at the next meeting.
