Meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m.

Proposal presented by David Hall to change the 85 12-15 class into 85
12-13 and 14-15. The current class make it a large disadvantage for riders
12, and 13 when competing against riders 14, and 15 . The top ten riders
in the class last season , a majority were 14 and 15 .
The following is the proposed change to rule book -
Chapter III , Section C. Rider Classification, Paragraph Motocross -
Change - 85 12 - 15 79cc to 85cc 12 thru 15
To - 85 12 - 13 79cc to 85cc 12 thru 13
and 85 14-15 79cc to 85 cc 14thru 15
Chapter III , Section J. Competition Apperal & Equipment Paragraph 6.
Equipment
Change - 79cc - 85cc 85 mini 12-15 , 7-11
To - 79cc - 85cc 85 mini 7-11 , 12-13 , 14-15 .
Chapter XII Motocross Championship Series Classes .
Change -85 mini 12-15
To - 85 mini 12-13
Add -85 mini 14-15
Motion made to accept , Motion Passed Unanimously
Proposal was submitted by Jarad Nichols, presented by David Hall. The
proposal is to change the current 98db(a) level to 102 db(a) to meet
AMA current rule for Motocross .
The following is the proposed rule change -

Motion was made after discussion to table proposal until later date
, this motion was accepted unanimously.
