The temporary suspension of Sal Munno was reviewed. A motion was made to uphold the temporary suspension until the hearing in May. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. A motion was made that he not be allowed to attend FTR events until the hearing. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

SADRA requested a refund of their sanction fee from the August race because they have been unable to re-schedule.

Mark informed the committee that the landowner from the Chipley event has 1350 acres of land available for a Quad Scramble.

Joe discussed the sound testing. More manpower is going to be needed in order to make the testing effective. Ideas were shared including random testing and testing of winners. The assistant referees could be designated to learn the procedure at each event and then coordinate at their own event.

Randy will ask Bill Drymon to GPS the course at the SWFTR event to ensure that no boundaries have been broken.

Randy informed the committee that the next Hare Scramble Committee meeting will be held at the SWFTR event on April 1, 2006. It will also be the Hare Scramble sanction meeting.

Allen Pearce told the committee that the BSTR enduro would be moving to Lochloosa next season. The Eagle’s Nest property could be picked up by RCDR. That would leave the HeartBreaker property available for another club, possibly FAST if they are still interested. Randy said that SADRA is interested in hosting an enduro next season. They have located land in Myakka City. They also have additional land at Sweetwater.

It is encouraged that all series post their sanction “wish lists” on the Official Forum as soon as possible so that conflicts can be worked out before the meeting in May.

Dave has been having problems with riders lying about their age. He is requiring proof of age for everyone at this time.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
