Executive Committee Meeting
10/21/06
A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called
to order at approximately 4:45 p.m. on October 21, 2006 at the Boggy
Creek II Hare Scramble. The president determined a quorum was present.
Roll call was as follows:

None.
II. New Business
Randy Faul presented an e-mail from Dave Hall requesting that the Jack
Kirchner be approved as the Quad Rider Rep for the remainder of the 2006-2007
season. The request was seconded and passed unanimously.
Joe Steidl requested that Brian Wenholz be approved as the Hare Scrambles
AA/A/B Rider Rep for the 2006 – 2007 season. The request was seconded
and passed unanimously.
Dan George has spoken to members of the EC about the use of the FTR
logo by commercial parties and advertising on the website. Allen Pearce
made a motion that the FTR logo is not to be used in a commercial manner
and that the website only advertises our current sponsor. The motion
was seconded and passed unanimously.
Jim Wilder discussed ways to get more of the membership involved in
land use issues.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
