Executive Committee Meeting

An Executive Committee Meeting was called to order at 5:45 pm, Saturday, the 17th of February.

A quorum was present:

Issue of business:

Apollo presented a proposal to change their rained out Hare Scramble event from the original dates of Feb. 2nd and 3rd to the new proposed dates of March 10th and 11th, 2007.

Randy Faul made a motion to accept Apollo's date change, due to severe weather conditions, to March 10th& 11th, 2007.

Motion Passed unanimously

Meeting adjourned 6:25 pm
