Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

October 5, 2007

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at approximately 8:00 p.m. on October 5, 2007 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:
President — Randy Faul
Secretary — Tiffany St. John
Treasurer — Allen Pearce
H/S Chairman — Joe Steidl
Motocross Chairman — Kevin Carr
Quad Chairman — Amanda Fronckowiak

Absent:
Vice President — Jim Wilder
Enduro Chairman — Sam Mento

I. Old Business

None.

II. New Business

The River City Dirt Riders Quad Scrambles scheduled on October 6, 2007 has been postponed due to weather. Amanda moved to allow the club to reschedule the event On October 27, 2007. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
