Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

December 8, 2007

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at approximately 5:00 p.m. on December 8, 2007 at the Putman Hare Scramble. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:
President — Randy Faul
Secretary — Tiffany St. John
Treasurer — Allen Pearce
H/S Chairman — Joe Steidl
Motocross Chairman — Kevin Carr
Quad Chairman — Amanda Fronckowiak
Enduro Chairman — Sam Mento

Absent:
Vice President — Jim Wilder

Guests:
Dave Hall

I. Old Business

None.

II. New Business

Kevin Carr made a motion to accept an emergency rule change as passed by the Motocross Committee. The rule change would change the 2 stroke cc limits for the 85 age classes from “79-105 cc” to “79-85 cc”. The Super Mini class will remain unchanged. Dave Hall explained that this change would correct a typographical error made after the rule was approved by the Motocross Committee. The motion was seconded and passed.

Kevin Carr updated the committee about an incident that took place at the Reddick motocross. Kevin Carr made a motion to suspend Raymond Stover for the remainder of the 2007-2008 race season. The motion was seconded and passed.

Amanda Fronckowiak made a motion to ratify James Benton as the Specialty A/B Rep for the Quad Scrambles Committee. The motion was seconded and passed.

Allen Pearce reported that the Quad Scramble went very well at Hard Rock. The owner was very cooperative.

Randy Faul made a motion to move the SADRA Quad Scrambles from February 9, 2008 to January 12, 2008. The motion was seconded and passed.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
