Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

1/19/08

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at approximately 9:30 a.m. on January 19, 2008 at the Brooksville Hare Scramble. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:

President – Randy Faul
Secretary – Tiffany St. John (via speakerphone)
Hare Scramble Chairman – Joe Steidl
Enduro Chairman – George Tolson
Motocross Chairman – Kevin Carr

Absent:

Quad Scramble Chairman – Amanda Fronckowiak

Vacant:

Vice President
Treasurer

I. Old Business:

None

II. New Business

Joe Steidl made a motion to ratify Mike Perry, Sr. as the Saturday Rider Rep for the Hare Scramble Committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

George Tolson made a motion to ratify Dave Edwards as the Specialty A/B Rider Rep for the Enduro Committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

George Tolson made a motion to ratify David McCraney as the Enduro Scorekeeper. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

George Tolson made a motion to ratify Mark Bordelon as the A/B/AA Rider Rep for the Enduro Committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
