Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at approximately 9:00 p.m. on January 8, 200 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Vice-President — Vacant
Secretary — Tiffany St. John
Treasurer — Vacant
H/S Chairman — Joe Steidl
Enduro Chairman — George Tolson
Motocross Chairman — Kevin Carr
Quad Chairman — Amanda Fronckowiak

I. Old Business

II. New Business+0

Joe Steidl requested that the committee ratify Trey Heath as the C Rider Representative for the Hare Scramble Committee. Amanda Fronckowiak made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Amanda Fronckowiak presented a request from SWFTR to add a Quad Scramble on the February 9, 2008 date vacated by SADRA. Kevin Carr made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Amanda Fronckowiak presented a request from RCDR to re-schedule their Quad Scramble on April 19, 2008. Randy Faul made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

George Tolson requested that the committee ratify Don King as the Enduro Referee. Randy Faul made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
