II. New Business

Joe Steidl addressed the committee about a formal protest that has been filed by a member against several members of a CFTR. The club was asked to attend this meeting and address the issue. Kevin Carr moved to ratify John Collins as the Motocross Scorekeeper and Sandy Moss as Quad Rider Representative for Motocross. The motion was seconded and passed.

The budget expenditures for 2007 were reviewed line by line. Suggestions were made for areas where cut backs and changes can be made.

The area directors have requested a list of members in their areas so they can communicate with them on upcoming issues. The Executive Committee directed Dan to put together a list for each director to include name, city, state, phone number and e-mail address.

The Motocross series has a demo copy of Trackside Software. Kevin Carr made a motion to purchase a copy of the software for use with the Motocross series. The motion was seconded and passed.
