Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

03/24/08

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at approximately 8:20 p.m. on March 24, 2008 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:
President – Randy Faul
Vice President – Brian Morris
Secretary – Tiffany St. John
Treasurer – Allen Pearce
Hare Scramble Chairman – Joe Steidl
Motocross Chairman – Kevin Carr
Quad Scramble Chairman – Amanda Fronckowiak

Absent:
Enduro Chairman – George Tolson

I. Old Business:

None

II. New Business

Joe Steidl made a motion to schedule a Benefit Race on May 31/June 1 with the help of Old School Dirt Riders. The profits from the race would be split between FTR and OSDR. The motion was seconded. The motion failed.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
