Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

4/14/08

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at approximately 8:10 p.m. on April 14, 2008 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows

Present:
President – Randy Faul
Vice President – Brian Morris
Secretary – Tiffany St. John
Treasurer – Allen Pearce
Hare Scramble Chairman – Joe Steidl
Quad Scramble Chairman – Amanda Fronckowiak
Enduro Chairman – George Tolson

Absent:
Motocross Chairman – Kevin Carr

I. Old Business:

None

II. New Business

Joe Steidl addressed the committee regarding the recent Apollo Race. The Saturday races were completed. Due to inclement weather, the Sunday races had to be cancelled. The Hare Scrambles Committee will be meeting at the next Hare Scramble event to complete the sanction meeting. The Executive Committee recommends that the scores and work credits from the Saturday races remain in place.

Joe Steidl has been contacted by Apollo to re-schedule the Sunday races on June 1, 2008. Randy Faul made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
