Executive Committee Minutes

November 8, 2008

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at 4:20 p.m. on November 8, 2008 at the SADRA Hare Scramble. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

I. Old Business:

None

II. New Business

Joe Steidl made a motion to ratify Bill Drymon as Assistant Referee for the Hare Scramble Series. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Joe Steidl made a motion to ratify Mike Riddle as Quad Rider Representative for the Hare Scrambles Series. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Allen Pearce made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
