Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

January 9, 2009

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive committee was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2009 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

I. Old Business:

None

II. New Business

CFTR has voted as a club to give up the February 7/8 race date. They also are not able to return to the April 11/12 date.

Joe Steidl made a motion to accept a request from SADRA to host a race on the February 7/8 date and a request from OSDR to host a race on the April 11/12 date. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Joe Steidl made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
