MX Committee Meeting Minutes

May 9, 2009

Present: Kevin Carr, Ken Doeg, Carol Preston, Jeff Hazeltine

Kevin Carr called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM

I. Old Business

The second vote on a proposal affecting Chapter X, B, 3.of the MX Rules. Proposal would institute a 5 participation points with only one double point race. Carol Preston made a motion to accept the change Ken Doeg second, Motion passed.

It had been brought to the attention of the committee that when the proposal reducing the advancement points was published that the C was omitted. The committee agreed the rule needed to be changed to spread the ridership. Carol made a motion that the rule be presented to the BOD as it had been discussed in committee, Jeff Hazeltine second, Motion passed.

II. New Business

No new business was presented at this time.

Jeff Hazeltine made a motion to adjourn Carol Preston second Meeting adjourn.
