New Business

1. H/S Chairman asked committee for a volunteer to represent the H/S series in the election process. This person would assist Mike Preslar in counting of the votes for this years election. Tony Duner volunteered and was unanimously approved.

2. H/S Chairman asked for list of approved club reps. to represent each club.

3. Review of DQ on Martain Povin and Mary Foreman. No representation from involved parties. Review dismissed.

4. A question of where the TTR'S, XR'S, and play bikes could ride in was brought to the H/S committee by the
Chairman. Discussion -Rick Long brought to the committee's attention that in previous years the FTR allowed them to ride in the next lower class. Rick said he would research any previous minutes/clarifications on this issue and would report back to the chairman.

5. An issue of a rider's age and class was brought to the committee. Discussion-The age of Kelsey O'Donell , being 12 and riding the Women's B class was discussed. According to the rule book , the rider would not be eligible to ride in an adult class until she was 13. She would not be 13 until after the 2002-2003 season. A motion was made by Deborah Broderick and seconded by Pete Mcgee to allow her to ride in the Women's class.
