CFTR Hare Scramble September 14 & 15, 2002Dear
Florida Trail Riders,
The CFTR Crew is looking forward to promoting what we hope to be the best Hare Scramble
event of the year. As we start to prepare the course and event areas we are asking for
everyone's cooperation in making this an enjoyable time for all.
The club will no longer accept any Pre-entries!! The Reason for this is the new scoring
system, which may or may not be working at our event. Either way all entrants will need to
be checked in with the scorekeeper. There is a very short time frame to sign everyone up
both on Saturday and Sunday so please be patient we are working to be prepared for the
rush but we need your help. This One person only has less than one minute per person to
meet the time frame.
This is a check off list of what you will need when you come through the line please take
it upon your self to come prepared or understand that you will be directed to the back. To
complete what is missing. Please bring your Current AMA and FTR Card as well as any
pertinent ID (License or birth certificate for age sensitive classes) with you. Complete
and Sign your entry forms prior to coming to the sign-up area.
The sequence should be as follows

AMA Onion skin. Your AMA card is imprinted on this form or you write the
number from your newly purchased membership on it. (Only available at sign-up, Clearly
Printed) |

Race entry forms CLEARLY PRINTED WITH ALL INFORMATION CORRECT. (No
exceptions) |
| 5. |
Original Minor release forms with child who must sign |
