2. Proposal from Deborah Broderick for rulebook changes to help keep electronic scoring consistent between clubs. Discussion- Motion by JR. seconded by Jim Wilder

3. Proposal from Rick Harvey to change the allotted riding time
    Discussion- Withdrew proposal

4. Proposal from Mike Preslar to change Super Vintage requirements
    Discussion- Motion by Jonny Simpkins and seconded by Cary Hunt

5. Proposal from Scott Lamb to change the top twenty scoring system.

New Business

1. Presentation by Chris Ramanuaskas and Dan Benik from Parts Unlimited / Moose Racing. A short introduction on what type of contingency program that is being offered from Moose. Committee will meet at banquet and discuss possible future involvement with Moose Racing.

2. Proposal from Susan Thompson to add Senior class to Women Quad
Changes to rule book:
  1. Chapter III C. adds Women Quad Golden Girls
  2. Chapter III J. adds Women Quad Golden Girls
  3. Charter VI C.3 Race 3 Row 6 Women Quad Golden Girls and Women Quads
  4. Chapter VIII B. adds Women Quad Golden Girls

6. Proposal from Scott Sears to create a Super Vintage Senior class. Start on same row as the vintage bikes, no ability designation and would be open to any rider whom is over 45 yrs old and has a motorcycle that meets the current requirements for the Super Vintage class.
Changes to rule book:
Chapter VI Hare Scramble Rules; Sec C 3 Event Rules
Add Super Vintage Senior class to the Saturday starting order in race 2 Vintage/Super vintage Senior
Chapter VIII Hare Scrambles Responsibilities, Sec B4 add Super Vintage Senior Green none
    Discussion: Motion made by Jonny Simkins and seconded by JR.

7. Petition from Buddy Gallard to move Golden Master to Master C class.
    Discussion : Motion from JR. and seconded by Rick Harvey
    Called to vote 0 yes 11 no petition denied

8. Request by Lee Daley to re-write the first sentence in Chapter VIII D.#4 to read:
All promoters desiring an FTR sanction for Hare Scrambles will submit a request to the event so desired at the Hare Scrambles Committee meeting immediately preceding the annual FTR sanction meeting.
This brings the wording in Hare Scrambles Rules for sanctions in line with the wording in the Constitution.

9. Hare scrambles committee accepted sanctions for the up coming 02-03 season.

10. FTR Referee presented a protest that stated that a rider by the name of Martin Polvin rode under a name of Mary Foreman in the beginner I class. After all evidence was discussed and reviewed , the H/S committee decided to suspend both individuals memberships for one (1) year .
