1. Proposal from Angela Hodges to drop the word "MINI" from the 65A and 65B classes.Disscussion Motion made by Rick Dubrueler and seconded by James Rowland Called to vote 12 for 0 against Passed
Action: Send to Board of Directors for final vote at banquet

2. Proposal from Angela Hodges to rename the Super Mini to Mini A. Discussion Motion made by Rick Dubrueler seconded by ? Tabled

3. Proposal from James Rowland to change Sunday classes and restructing of start times for all classes as presented at the banquet. Discussion, Motion made by Ryan Christ and seconded by Terry Enyart Called to vote 11 for 1 against. Proposal Accepted

New Business:

1. Proposal from Susan Thompson to form a womens quad class. Discussion, Motion made by Rick Dubruelar and seconded Terry Enyart. Called to vote 13 for 0 against. Accepted

2 .Proposal from Bob Brown to change the existing 70% of races counted to 100% of all races counted for yearend scores. Withdrawn

3. Proposal from Rick Harvey to change existing rule from counting all races for year end team scores to allow each team to drop one race from year end scores This would add to Chapter III , General rules, Paragraph E, page 8, # 5. Called to vote 7 for 6 against. Accepted

4. Proposal from Dan George to change the wording of chapterVII,C,7,(page 18, top, left, of the 2000 Rule Book which currently reads #7- Beginner class will advance to the next higher division after accumulation of one 1st place or 3 top 5 finishes. This promotion will take effect immediately. The beginner rider will carry 50% of their accumulated points into the C division TO READ AS FOLLOWS #7 Beginners class will advance to the next higher division AFTER 5 RACES, INCLUDING D N F 's . This promotion will take effect immediately. The beginner rider will carry 50% of their accumulated points into the C division. Motion made by Rick Harvey Seconded by Tom Fleming Motion accepted

5. A safety issue was raised by the FTR membership and was presented to the committee by Randy Faul regarding H/S # 5 at Mayo Discussion on Quality and safety of event. Motion made by Lee Daley and seconded by Terry Enyart to draft a letter informing B.S.T.R that they are on probation and will be reviewed before any sanction will be awarded for next season. 11- for 0- against
B.S.T.R. has been placed on probation until further notice.
