Approval of previous minutes Motion by Lee Daley and seconded by Linda Baron to accept

Old Business

1. Proposal from George Skaggs to change exisisting rule in the Super Vintage class to read: Any motorcycle of any displacement provided it is air cooled and that model was manufactured with drum brakes front and rear, and in case be newer than a 1988 model.
Discussion Called to vote 8-for 9 opposed
Action- Proposal failed

2. Proposal from Mark Palmer to change the order of the pee-wee class to have the "C" class start first, then the "B" class , then the "A" class .Disscussion Called to vote 14 for 1 opposed
Action- Must be ratified by Board of Directors for final vote at banquet

3. Proposal from Bill Garrett to change the scoring advancement point system to where 5 or fewer riders complete all of the laps in an event, then the advancement points shall be as follows:

Discussion: Called to vote 15 for 0 opposed
Action- Must be ratified by Board of Directors for final vote at banquet

4. Proposal from Paul Duffy allow each 65 B class competetior to have one dessigned adult rider follow him/her around the track in practice Discussion Called to vote 15 for 0 opposed NOTE- THIS IS FOR THE 65 B CLASS ONLY, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER MINI CLASSES.
Action-Must be ratified by Board of Directors for final vote at banquet

5. Proposal from Scott Sears to move Sundays 2:00 "C" class to Saturday Discussion Called to vote 8 for 7 opposed
Action- Must be ratified by the Board of Directors for final vote at banquet

New Business:

1. Spark aresstor Rule Discussion Tabled
2. Request from Buddy Gillard to move from Golden Master A to Master C. WITHDREW

Motion to adjourn by Dan George seconded by Linda Baron, adjourned at 12:00pm
