New Business
The First order of business .
1. Petition for Matt Johnson to move back from pee-wee A to pee-wee B Discussion by
committee,finishing positions from last five races was presented. Called to vote 9 for,0
against Request APPROVED Will carry zero points back to B class
2. Proposal from Doug McCard: Propose an "A"Open quad class.this would let any
current "A"4-stroke racer compete with racers in the "A" 2 stroke
class.This class would allow those racers who choose to compete against each other the
ability to do so.New class would start on the first row and have black number plates with
white numbers.Discussion Motion made by Jack Terrell and second by Robert White to table
until more information is presented. 11 For 0 against TABLED
3. Proposal from Richard Baz Propose a new starting technic,Do away with the Le Mans-type
start ,replace with a set on your bike dead engine start(like a GNCC) This would put bikes
closer together to fit more riders, and eliminates pit crew After discussion ,a motion was
made by Daryl Craig and was seconded by Terry Enyart to table until it the proposal
includes spectators. 10 For 0 against TABLED
4. Presentation on Electronic Scoring by Daryl Craig Motion made by Jack Terrell ,second
by Terry Enyart for the HIS Committee to support new system and to forward to execute
committee and to poll all FTR clubs 12 For 0 against APPROVED
5. Motion made by Terry Enyart seconded by Teresa Faul to have Daryl Craig ,Bill
Gillard,Dan George ,Jack Terrell ,Rick Dubrueler to execute and pursue the electronic
scoring system 12 For 0 against APPROVED
6. Motion made to adjourn by Jack Terrell ,seconded by Scott Sears
Adjourned at 8:30pm
