Since there may not be enough time for each club to change their plans before the next H/S meeting, Mike Preslar made the motion to give the H/S chairman permission to allow F.A.S.T. to change dates with Azalea City and to allow F.A.S.T. to change dates if needed.
Called to vote - 18 yes, opposed 0
Action : H/S chairman will coordinate time schedule with both clubs if needed.
2. Proposal from David Smith to allow juveniles 13 and older to compete in multiple classes

Emergency rule change proposed by Jack Terrell to disallow juveniles to enter any division or class on Sunday.
Rule will read as follows : On page 8 , Chapter III , General Rules , Paragraph C , Rider Classification, subparagraph 2, insert the following sentence between the last and next to last sentences :

'In hare scrambles , riders in Saturday's Juvenile classes defined as Peewee (A,B,C ), 65cc (A,B), Mini (A-Super Mini, B, C ) shall not be eligible to enter any division or class on the Sunday schedule.'
When inserted in this manner, the last three sentences shall read :
Juvenile classes shall not compete on the same course at the same time as any adult class. In hare scrambles, riders in Saturday's Juvenile classes defined as Peewee (A,B,C), 65 (A,B), Mini (A-Super Mini , B, C ), shall not be eligible to enter any division or class on the Sunday schedule. Riders under 13 years of age shall not be eligible to enter an Adult class.
