A motion was made to accept the proposal as written. Seconded. 11 in favor - 3 opposed, motion carries. To be forwarded to the magazine for printing.

A discussion followed concerning whether or not the Hare Scrambles series would benifit from schedule changes. It was aggreed by a majority of the Committee members that changes would be benificial to the Series and a Competition Committee meeting should be called to address that topic only at a venue that would be more condusive to orderly discussion.

A motion to adjourn was made. Seconded. Unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
