If you were one of the unlucky ones that could not make it to the CROOM WORK WEEKEND 2000 , you missed a lot of fun !!  If you think the starts of the 12:00 o'clock races are exciting ,  You should have seen the HOLESHOTS that were getting pulled up at Croom last weekend !!  It was outstanding , Tractors moving and grading dirt , tractors moving large pine trees , so people with the chainsaws could cut , Tractors drilling holes for fence posts , moving posts , installing posts , painting buildings , painting concrete pillars with 1 " braided cables , pulling weeds , trimming trees , installing irrigation , laying sod , more posts , more paint , building forms and pouring concrete for the new showers at the restrooms . There were people pulling some holeshots on their favorite jobs , that you wouldn't believe !!

Moms and Dads , Guys and Girls , CFTR and FTR give you a big HOO--RAH for all your time and dedication for the April 2000 , CROOM WORKDAYS ..  Everyone that came and helped, left knowing just what it's like to be part of the FTR FAMILY ..

You know , I saw a lot of sweaty , dirty , faces and clothes , and even a few traces of dried up blood on some hands and arms , but you know what I didn't see or hear !!   Sour Faces or Complaints !!  What a Crew !! GREAT JOB GUYS and GIRLS !! You never know , the FORESTRY BIG BOSSES , just might say , hey , you know what,  those FLORIDA TRAIL RIDERS , they're ok !!!  We might just keep this Motorcycle Park open for another 30 YEARS, We might even let them have the Richloam and Croom Enduro for a few more years !!
