| I would like to personally give thanks to the BUTLER FAMILY for allowing our FTR
family the opportunity to share a weekend together on their beautiful piece of property !
Without their generosity , and hard work , by all their family members , last weekend
would not have happened!! Sunday after everyone had left , and the stakes , ribbons ,
posts , and arrows were picked up , I stood with the Butlers overlooking the camping area
. IT WAS SPOTLESS!! My thanks to all of our FTR members , and friends , for showing the
Butler Family , what FTR is all about !! You never can tell , They might just let us ,
come back again!! Again , my thanks , from all of our FTR Members to the Butler Family for
letting us have a place to do what we love to do the most, Ride our
Motorcycles!!
You know , I sit here thinking of all the people that pitched in and helped this past weekend , Thanks everyone , for helping out!! I know I would probably miss a name or two , so let me say this , pitching in and helping at the races is what it is all about , you know who your are , and you know that warm feeling in your chest , that doesn't get there by just standing around and watching!! Thank You!! I would like to take this opportunity to tell all of our FTR Members , to keep up the good work!! As more and more people come into the FTR , it really gets hectic , I know people get caught up in the excitement of the races , and sometimes we get carried away . That is where our older members need to help out and guide our new members! Show them the way things are done in the FTR , show them what RESPONSIBLE MOTORCYCLISTS are all about!! Moms and Dads , Guys and Girls , keep up the good work , you are doing a fine job , THE FLORIDA TRAIL RIDERS is a first class organization , and you the members , are first class people !! Help us keep it that way , Be proud to say , I belong to the FLORIDA TRAIL RIDERS!!!! As Always , Thanks for your time , BIG MAN |
