Just a reminder for all Sportsman riders. Sportsman 1 and 2 will need to have PINK backgrounds this season, with BLACK numbers, and an X for Sportsman 2.

I believe the X is for Sportsman 2 ( At least it was last season)Just a reminder for all Sportsman riders. Sportsman 1 and 2 will need to have PINK backgrounds this season, with BLACK numbers, and an X for Sportsman 1.
YES! Just seeing if you were paying attention. Confuses me that A is faster than B, but 2 is faster than 1.I believe the X is for Sportsman 2 ( At least it was last season)
You are easily confused Bill. 2 is MUCH faster by rider classification but Sportsman 1 is MUCH more numerous and full of sandbaggers who are totally DILLIGAF sandbaggers causing the real trouble in the race....using the 100+ pack to practice passing, cutting course, stuffing competitors and most barely finishing...or pulling off early. But management made sure to make them all the SAME NUMBER PLATE COLOR so they could IDENTIFY them.Confuses me that A is faster than B, but 2 is faster than 1.
Oh, thanks for reminding me. It was discussed during the July BOD meeting that Sportsman rule violations such as you mention above will officially be penalized by imposing a 3-Race Suspension on violators. Awesome! NOW THAT is a rule with some BITE! Sure would be nice if the FAST Sportsman 2 class could be differentiated from the SLOW Sportsman 1 class, say by a different background number! Lol. I'll let it go eventually.Oh, thanks for reminding me. I've raced that class the last 3 years. Personally, I never saw ANY problems with anyone. No course cutting, nothing. In this class are A riders to fast B guys, starting on row 3. If you aren't this speed at least, you are going to get run over! I heard of plenty of problems from Sportsman one however. Many more riders in that class and a HUGE variance of riding ability there. Very fast guys wanting to practice passing from the back of the field vs. total newbs who should be in beginner.Sportsman Class Especially Sportsman 2 has become some riders personal playground as I suspected it would.
