Yeah chain lube is silly if you have an oring or x ring chain. I use chain wax but you have to let it dry before you go out so dirt wont stick to it. This is mainly to prevent rust.

nothin but wd40 .. don't care what lab tests they perform. Agree with above post, no need for additional spray on lube for a sealed, 0/x ring chain. just keep the rust off. Sticky stuff just attracts dirt/grit/sand and wears the drive line out faster.
