Cone Valve Forks

Thought the best way of introducing myself is sharing suspension and different technologies inside suspension. As you can see in the photo there’s three different colored cones, these cones represent the midvalve assembly that goes in a WP Xact Pro cone valve spring fork. The red cone is a 15°, blue cone is an 11° and the gold cone is an 8°. The Red cone provides a softer feel compared to the gold cone which is strictly used for Supercross. Behind the cones are different springs that represent how much resistance each cone will have starting with a 25 Newton meter and going all the way up to a 200 Newton meter. The Shims behind the springs represent different thickness shims that we use to preload each individual spring to acquire the correct amount of lift. Just thought I would share some different technologies, reach out to me if there’s anything you’d like to see or have discussed. Billy
