Hydration pack - Used by GNCC pros?

What hydration pack are Kailub and Thad running? It looks more like a fanny pack instead of an over the should back pack style.

Anyone using this style and thoughts on pros and cons between the two styles?

Looks good. Let me know how it works for you. I was hoping to find one w/o the extra storage to make it smaller. Provide a ride review. Heavy, in the way, etc...

These guys are using a Dakine waist hydration pack. REI used tosell them but it looks like a discontinued item.
