With our continuing efforts to improving scoring accuracy and to expedite posting race scores it has become apparent that multiple transponders on helmets and/or race vehicles is a problem that has to be addressed. The multiple transponders are now causing scoring errors,
missed/unknown rider faults. These false reads require manual confirmation and/or manual system entries that delay posting scores.
Going forward Tech Inspection will try to Identify any multiple transponder riders and ask that they remove duplicate or extra transponders from helmets/race vehicles. Transponders will be replaced at no charge until further notice. Transponders will be reprogrammed at no charge.
