Proposal to Extend Sunday PM Race - Checkered Flag at 2 Hours.

As shown in the published meeting minutes, the HS Committee voted at the 12/10/22 meeting to extend the Sunday PM race length, so that the checked flag would now come out at the 2 hour mark (3PM), starting next season. All riders would have 2 hours and 35 miutes before houring-out. This was a preliminary vote and still needs to be voted on again in order to pass. Next HS meeting is on February 4, 2022 at Indiantown. Anyone with strong feelings for or against this proposal should discuss with their club representatives and Area Directors.

Existing: All Sunday races will be allotted 2 hours and 5 minutes to complete the course and be timed. The course will be closed to start additional laps at 2 hours from the time the first row leaves the start minus the time of the lead rider’s first lap.

Proposed: All Sunday AM race will be allotted 2 hours and 5 minutes to complete the course and be timed.
