DJ - you really don't need anything "different". THere are no transponders in MX - the scorekeepers use visuals...Make sure you let Bonnie know you will be racing MX and which classes so your number can be reserved. I started in HS and later did MX as well. You'll find MX pretty straight forward.

Can you run the plus 45 and plus 50 classes back to back? We are aging and need to get home early.

Is there an entry form that we can print out and have notarized since my son will be riding with friends of ours. I am working that day and will not be coming but he will be coming with other FTR members.

Dan George

Anyone who has minor children who will be attending an event without their parents or legal guardian must have a notarized letter from their parent or legal guardian giving the adult taking them to the event authority to sign releases and authorize medical treatment for the minor. The adult must present said letter at signup, before they can sign the releases, entry forms, etc.

Thanks Dan you are right, but remember it has to be signed and dated for that event only,a blanket document will not work for the whole season.

I am so glad that the MX race season is finally starting! It's going to be a real treat to see our FTR family and welcome new members. Bartow is going to be a fun race to start it all off. If you haven't been there lately, they have made track changes at the end of July. For added enjoyment, they have also added a TT track. See you there!
