I use the dupont teflon spray on my O-ring chain. Works great and doesn't collect sand and grit. Use it on all my pivot points, forks, and cables as well. It's less than $5 at Home Despot. Also great for MTB chains...

I absolutely love Belray Super Clean chain spray. It NEVER flings off and goes on extremely easy by folding up a shop towel under the chain and spraying while rotating the tires. A can lasts a LONG time and it's white so you can tell when it's time to reapply.

KY works just as good, it just slings off though at high RPM

I also found a dry graphite spray lube at advance auto parts that also sticks to the chain real well and does not pick up dirt I noticed at Gatorback that my chain slung off the mud better than some others did. looked pretty dang clean at the end of the day, unlike the rest of my bike!
