A solid work out with limited equipment: 100 Pull Ups Run 1 Mile 100 Sit Ups Run 1 Mile 100 Push ups Run 1 Mile 100 Air Squats Run 1 Mile Once you get better at completing the workout, add a 20lb weight vest. Track your times and compete against yourself. |
