run the gps on a track, record it and run the track again......do you see a difference? Most are not accurate.

Most Iphone apps will not be accurate for dirtbikes. To high of speed for the phone to keep up with all the time. You need an external GPS that pings every 2 seconds to have a real view on a map. But for just lap times put a stop watch on your bike and hit the lap buton as you come through every lap. Start it when the row in front of you goes off. And theres your laps times.

RaceAce for android phones. Its genious and free. I just turn it on and pick my lap start finish line, put my phone in my pocket in my camelback and go. It gives lap times my speed at points on the map and g forces. I have million laps saved on my phone. It pretty acurate, great for training and comparing bikes.
