Default Arkansas National Enduro Video

Check out the Mudfest from last weekend's National Enduro! Jerry Bean makes a nice cameo appearance at the 4:12 mark!

Check this one out!!! It is shot from a helmet camera and shows some of the stuff we faced in Arkansas. This was the first loop. We had to ride the transfer from the parking lot to the 3 loops all 3 times out (and back), so it was the gnarliest part of the course. I was laughing at people getting stuck on the transfer section . . . until loop 3 when I was worried about getting stuck

Jeremy, those hills looked to be in pretty good shape!haha

That ride had to be mentally taxing. Congrats on a great finish and thanks for sharing. Team FTR did well in that slippery stuff.

I think row choice played the biggest role in how I finished. I was on row 10. The late rows were at a big disadvantage. I was just glad to have only one little fall over as my only setback for the day. Lots of people got stuck, watered-out, or got lost.

Bean had a 26 minute adventure on a hillside bg23 (ask him about it sometime).

Wow! That looks like fun. An early row and new tires would be a big advantage.

Cool Late Row

I had a late row or 53, I guess thats a late row lol!!! By the time I got to all the mud holes they were full of folks stuck to the air box. I decided right off in the first transfer section that it was gonna be a take your time and finish day. I did finish all the checks I was required to do but houred out on the final check for a 5th place in 40+C. I got stuck once and figured when I came to a mud hole to wait for someone else to come by and follow their line if it worked out for them. I wasted quite a bit of time doing that but figured watering out or even getting stuck was far worse than losing the time waiting. I had fun in some sections but I am still not accustomed to riding off camber hills and doll head sized rocks. It will take quite a few more races before I am comfortable with that. I did the pre-entry for the Jack Pine in the UP of Michigan and hope it turns out better than Arkansas. Oh and thanks to Jerry Bean and Jeremy Powell for letting me tag along to Arkansas, it was an adventure!!!!!!
