The Florida Recreational Trails Program is currently seeking nominations for the Advisory Board. Members will serve one to two years.
Specifically, the Advisory Committee is charged with the following:
Time requirements involve approximately 2-1/2 days travel or 1-day electronic attendance, once a year in February or March, to review grant applications. And, 1-1/2 days travel or 1/2 day electronic attendance, once a year in the fall/winter to review application procedures and update as needed to include maximum funding per category. Additional time to prepare for meetings is required. RTP reimburses travel expenses.
