MINUTES OF THE FTR
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
A special ad hoc meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee
was called to order at approximately 8:10 PM on January 15, 2004 via
conference call to handle a request by Big Scrub Trail Riders regarding
their scheduled Enduro event. The President determined a quorum was present.

I. Reports of officers and committees
Randy opened the discussion welcoming Allen as the new FTR Treasurer.
Much discussion was held about the vital role of the EC and importance
of working together in the best interest of the FTR membership.
We also discussed final arrangements for the March 20th Board meeting
to be held at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort (Address: 1751
Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830). This is the same
venue as the 2004 FTR Awards Banquet and would provide Board members
an opportunity to tour the facilities and offer suggestions to the committee
regarding the Banquet. An announcement will be placed on the website
confirming time and room location.

None.
III. New Business
Lee made a motion that we accept Big Scrub Trail Ridersà request to
move their Enduro date to May 16th. The motion was accepted unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:55 PM.
