MINUTES OF THE FTR
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
May 22, 2004
A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called
to order at the CFTR Richloam Enduro following the FTR Sanction meeting
at approximately 8:00 PM on May 22, 2004. The President determined a
quorum was present. Roll call was as follows:

Randy Faul, President
Allen Pearce, Treasurer
Jim Wilder, Secretary
Jim Edgar, MX Committee Chairman
Mike Preslar, Hare Scramble Committee Chairman
Absent:
Jenni Lamb, Vice President
Guest:
Sam Mento, Proposed Enduro Committee Chairman

III. New Business
Randy presented his recommendation that we accept the resignation of
Lee Daley and Sam Mento be considered as Enduro Chairman. Mike made a
motion that we accept Randyís recommendation. The motion was adopted
unanimously.
Mike made a motion that we refund Daytona Dirt Riders sanction fee due
to their having to cancel their event. The motion was adopted unanimously.
It was agreed that an additional meeting would need to be scheduled
in two week to continue addressing important FTR business over the summer
and in preparation for the August Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:45 PM.
