Meeting was called to order at 6:27 PM

After meeting was called to order Buddy Martin turns in his resignation
as Scorekeeper effective immediately.
Old Business;
1) Motion was made to make the following changes to the +35 C (no jump
class):
Page 8 Chapter III General Rules Section C under Motocross
Change: +35C to +35 (No Jump)
Insert:
Note 3: Riders in the +35 (No Jump) class may not ride another Age/Veteran
class in Motocross. The rider may ride in a C , Vintage, Super Vintage
or Woods class.

1) Motion was made change to the following item in the rulebook:

Change: All “A” and “B” riders are required
to use a letter “A” or “B” to designate their
divisions, All numbers must be a minimum of 6 inches tall and letters,
2 inches tall.
To read:
All numbers must be a minimum of six (6) inches tall.

2) Motion was made to correct the rulebook on the following item since
we no longer have the beginner classes:
Page 22 Chapter IX Motocross Rules A. General Rules #16.
Current: 16. Current FTR Enduro and Hare Scrambles riders may step back
one class, i.e. A to B, B to C. Riders may not drop from C classes to
Beginner classes.
Correct: 16. Current FTR Enduro and Hare Scrambles riders may step back
one class, i.e. A to B, B to C.
Motion Passed Unanimously
3) Motion was made to correct the rulebook on the following item since
we no longer have the beginner classes:

7) Motion was made to add the following:
Page 7 Chapter II under Definitions
Insert below Juvenile Membership. One-Day Adult Motocross Pass, designed
for one person to be used the date of the purchase. Person will be
scored for the day’s overall results however, said person will
be removed from overall FTR points (i.e. rider places 5th overall for
the day; all
riders finishing behind said rider will be given FTR series points
for one position higher). This One-Day Pass will be offered at a rate
to
be determined annually, but never less than one-half the standard
adult FTR membership rate.

8) Motion was made to change to the following item in the rulebook:
Page 22 Chapter IX Motocross Rules A. General Rules
Delete: 8. There will be no FTR Hare Scramble and FTR Motocross events
scheduled on the same dates. FTR Enduros and FTR Motocross may run on
the same dates.
This would move all following numbers up. i.e. 17 to 16, 16 to 15
etc…
After discussion this motion was tabled until the next meeting.
Motion to adjourn was seconded, Unanimous approved.
