Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

June 21, 2007

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at approximately 9:10 p.m. on June 21, 2007 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:
President — Randy Faul
Secretary — Tiffany St. John
Treasurer — Allen Pearce
H/S Chairman — Joe Steidl
Motocross Chairman — Dave Hall
Quad Chairman — Amanda Fronckowiak

Absent:
Vice President — Jim Wilder
Enduro Chairman — Sam Mento

Kevin Carr

I. Old Business

None.

II. New Business

Kevin Carr presented a change to the Motocross series sanction dates for the upcoming season. He would like to move the Pax race to September 30, 2007 and the Waldo race to December 2, 2007. Randy Faul made a motion to accept these changes. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

A rule clarification was discussed regarding FTR Benefit representation on the Hare Scramble Committee as described in Article XIV. Allen Pearce moved that FTR is not a promoting club under Article XIV so it will not have a representative on the committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Dan George received a request from Apollo Motorcycle Club requesting a mailing list for all FTR members in Brevard County. The mailing list cannot be given to any club. However, Apollo can provide the stamped envelopes to Dan George and he will mail them out on their behalf.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
