Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

October 23, 2007

A meeting of the Florida Trail Riders Executive Committee was called to order at approximately 8:00 p.m. on October 23, 2007 via teleconference. The president determined a quorum was present.

Roll call was as follows:

Present:
President — Randy Faul
Vice President — Jim Wilder
Secretary — Tiffany St. John
H/S Chairman — Joe Steidl
Motocross Chairman — Kevin Carr
Quad Chairman — Amanda Fronckowiak
Enduro Chairman — Sam Mento

Absent:
Treasurer — Allen Pearce

I. Old Business

None.

II. New Business

Joe Steidl made a motion to ratify Randy Jackson as the AA/A/B Representative for the Hare Scramble Committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Amanda Fronckowiak reported that rain has further delayed the RCDR Quad Scramble scheduled on October 27, 2007. RCDR would like to move the event to January 12, 2008. Joe Steidl made the motion and was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

Kevin Carr reported an incident at the September 29, 2007 Motocross. Supporting documentation has been sent via e-mail to all committee members for review. Kevin made a motion to suspend FTR member Jim Crehan for the remainder of the 2007/2008 season and the entire 2008/2009 season. Following the suspension, Jim’s membership can be reinstated upon petition to the Executive Committee. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Relating to the same incident, Kevin Carr made a motion for a lifetime ban of non-FTR member, Michael Crehan. In addition, Michael will not be allowed to attend any FTR events as a guest. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
