Hey I noticed all my races were removed after the last enduro. I gave it some time because I didn’t wanna be that guy. I just tried to sign up for Richloam and it made me create a new profile. Just wanted to make sure this can be corrected

You should contact the Enduro scorekeeper at the email address show on the FTR website, I think it's under the "who to contact" area.
